Management needs to embody both the sustaining and the disruptive.

Tactics some times contradicts the strategy and becareful when the two diverge.

Management and Leadership are many times like oil and water.

Management is keeping things running .

Leadership is about breaking things and not keeping them running as they where.

Leadership is about change.

Management is about the avoidance of change.

Management is for sustaining.

Leadership is for the disruptive.

You need to understand if what you do or want to do is it a question of management or a question of leadership.

Leadership is more complex than management.

Leadership is about getting the best about people.
